Powers - On orders from
Sauron, he could unleash from the darker depths and corners of Roostville wave after wave of inhuman enforcers, specially treated to recognize and respect a certain pheromone every Kaiju-Belt® citizen is inoculated with. Anything else was fair game. He insisted he was not an actor but when he pressed a button on his Bat Utility Belt, a white light enveloped him and when it faded, Minya, Lord of Kennies®, stood in his place. His next effort resulted in Dr. Evil®©, with Mini-Me at his side.

REBUILDING ROOSTVILLE: GAMINGBOY FOR MAYOR Part 2, the Roostville/Maser City Military Alliance was formed with the
Roostville Militia taking part in joint operations.
C.B. RESCUE SQUAD
This all-volunteer organization serves in a variety of capacities, from search and rescue
to operating MARS and "ham" communications systems when conventional methods fail, usually due to Kaiju activity in the area. In addition to a fleet of outboards for river service, they managed to acquire Dr. Dobie's antique sub, their pride and joy.

Additional Background - He followed the initial Odo Island exodus when Gojira returned to continue his attacks on Japan. He flies a noisy bush plane
about the area and is not above challenging an ID-4 City-Buster©, should it threaten his new adopted home. He usually has to be rescued by
Jet Jaguar as he will climb into anything that flies, including a delta-winged F-16 Experimental Fighter Prototype™ against an alien Stingray.
A "plucky little guy, I'll tell ya what. Slagged a Destroyer's bridge with a Molotov cocktail - barely caught him trying a kamikaze on some Bugs!" the robot commented after one particularly hair-raising adventure.
LEAGUE OF UN-ORDINARY GENTLETHINGS®
In April 2014, the late Sheriff Varan assembled a team like nothing the world (at least the REST of the world) had ever seen during JUST ANOTHER DAY IN THE ROOST! This unique alliance was created in response to the threat of the 'WE HATE KAIJU FANDOM AND ANYONE WHO LIKES THEM MUST DIE!' Faction (also known as WHKFAAOWLTMD) which was planning an all-out attack on every town that had something to do with Real Kaiju. As Roostville is pretty much the nexus of Kaiju Khaos, its administrators had been tracking signs of this terrible allegiance's plans for several months and arranged a rather nasty surprise for the attackers-to-be:

In October 2014, Minsc created the RMB Mercenary Service to help RadoGoji gain recognition and stop being scared of certain-death situations. He appointed him the leader. Their first call to service was soon followed by a threat from
EDCOLE (the Evil Dude Convention Of Literally Everywhere), warning them to "stay out of this". Minsc ordered the team to their golf cart and they set out to find the EDCOLE headquarters but ended up at Evil Genius Man's Evil Lair bar. Violence soon followed and Deputy Enshohma advised them to go to the Mod Station to get a mission (and a business license). Sheriff Jaguar wasn't available so Rado decided to take his latest invention, the Garuda based prototype ship, Garuda .5, out for a spin. They soon picked up radio traffic indicating the Sheriff was headed for Mt. Rodan. The mercenaries went there and battled to prevent Rev. Michael Lazarus/Mitch/Matthew Laurencefrom entering Seatopia during THE RESURRECTION OF DESUTOROIA: HELLSPAWN'S LEGACY.
Their deeds did not go unnoticed and the RMB became honorary members of the League of Un-Ordinary Gentlethings®. Soon after, they confronted Apocalypse in REBUILDING ROOSTVILLE AGAIN: 48 HOURS 'TIL APOCALYPSE. Minsc was vaporized trying to save Boo but Rado, Boo and Afiag were all crucified anyway. Rado learned of his past life as Abdel and was able to use his newfound powers to revive Minsc. When the Universal Bridge exploded, a time-space distorting shockwave hit the group and sent them to Faerun.
After being unconscious for three months, they set out on RADOGOJI'S QUEST: Return to Faerun and sought the Berserker Two-Handed Sword +5 to restore Abdel's power. Minsc got kidnapped and they had to find antidote ingredients to save him. After the events of THE SEPARATION OF DESUTOROIA: Desutoroia X Khandejifer!, the RMB moved its headquarters to the Kenji Sahara Desert.

Origin - When a nuclear reactor was sabotaged, the explosion and radiation
mutated an eagle by merging its form with that of the poacher who was in its territory. Aqualla also received the power to manipulate water as this occurred in a lake. Though he is a merged physical form of the eagle's and human's bodies, the consciences/minds aren't fully melded. This is due to the eagle's hatred for the human as he was a trespasser in his territory while his mother was protecting her eggs. There had always been a slight battle of consciences going on inside Aqualla's head but it wasn't until recently that either started gaining the upper hand. Thus, the reason for his hiding. Because of the poacher, the eagle's conscience perceives anything human as a danger.
Appearance - A combination of an eagle and a human, Aqualla's broad shoulders
and muscular body are shadowed by his wings when unfolded. Excluding his face, hands and feet, his entire body is covered in shimmering blue plumage. Along his forearms are a row of stiffer and longer feathers (about 6") that can be raised and lowered as a defensive barrier or offensive blades. His hands end in talons, as do his feet which are more like those of an eagle's than a human's.
Powers - He can manipulate all forms of water, though it takes some concentration if
trying something particularly large or impressive. With powerful muscles and wings to increase his agility, he is a good fighter. Aqualla can also extrude 'balls' and beams of energized water or ice from his mouth. When
really pissed off, he will unleash his ice beam. His non-Kaiju power weapon of choice is a souped-up cattle prod.
"Watching drunken monkeys go through muscle spasms because of high-powered electric shocks is so therapeutic!" he recommends. When fighting, he likes not only to hurt his opponent but look good doing it.
Additional Background - An overall good guy, though he can have a short fuse sometimes, especially when it comes to his appearance. He has been known to fight his team mates for calling him a "pterosaur" or "Rodan-mimic," though these differences are usually quickly sorted out. He can also be made insane by math, biology and law course work. Aqualla first appeared in Roostville just before
THE BATTLE OF ROOSTVILLE and will often be found at the nearest mountain or lake, enjoying the cold and savoring the water. He was most helpful
when the town was attacked by flying saucers, drunk monkeys and rabid sea gulls. Along with
Sauron, he systematically killed Spammers with a chicken gun.
If you have a pest problem (such as rabid monkeys), he will gladly help you out. For a few months, nothing was heard of Aqualla, though when Roostville "vanished" for some unknown reason during REBUILDING ROOSTVILLE AGAIN: 48 HOURS 'TIL APOCALYPSE, he appeared again to help out. However, on his first task, the reason for his disappearance reared its ugly head.

Origin - Kivan is an elven archer who hates ogres as one killed his lover back in Faerun. While hunting bandits, he came across Abdel and his party and helped him defeat Sarevok. With his bandit hunting done, he bid farewell to Abdel and they parted ways. He was later teleported to
Gigan Village, some 200 miles east of Roostville to find
RadoGoji and help the RMB fight evil.

Powers - Wields the Wave Halberd +4 and Taralash Longbow +5. Additional techniques include Greater Deathblow, Greater Whirlwind Attack, Hardiness, Resist Magic, Smite and Tracking.
Additional Background - The somewhat pessimistic Ranger fits in well with the RMB, being a seasoned veteran and all.

Origin - While on a ritual called a "dajemma" and serving as a protector to the witch Dynaheir, she was captured by gnolls. Abdel helped Minsc save her and became his ally. After defeating Sarevok, the party was captured and Dynaheir killed. Minsc thought he was a failure but after he died of old age, he was resurrected and teleported to Roostville to meet
RadoGoji and prepare him to revive Abdel.

Powers - Minsc uses a Two-Handed Sword +3. Additional techniques include Greater
Deathblow, Greater Whirlwind Attack, Hardiness, Resist Magic, Smite, Evil Sense and Berzerker Rage. This latter mode results in super strength but he is also in a confused state until the effect wears off.
Additional Background - The ever-optimistic Minsc created the RMB Mercenary Service for the purpose of bulking up Rado's courage and self-esteem. To get him well known, he was chosen to lead the operation. Minsc was killed by
Apocalypse in
THE RESURRECTION
OF DESUTOROIA: HELLSPAWN'S LEGACY and resurrected by Rado in his embodiment as Abdel.

RMB Mercenary Service. The first friends Rado ever made were
Minsc and
Boo, whom he met in Roostville when he first arrived there in March 2010. Together, they performed random deeds to gain recognition from the local populus. Rado joined other Roostafarians against King Ghidorah and a hoard
of evil monsters in
ATTACK
OF THE ROOSTVILLE ROBOTS and investigated
a series of murders with Minsc and Boo. When he met
Kivan, Rado was skeptical of him but developed a sense of trust. He has a notable friendship with
Aqualla and
Ryuujin since all three have unanswered questions about their past.

Origin - RadoGoji is the reborn form of Abdel of Candlekeep, a paladin who strived to do good in the land of
Faerun.
Appearance - Brown hair and hazel eyes; pessimistic outlook
Powers - Wielder of the Z-Saber but sacrificed it to defeat a giant squid on the way to Baldur's Gate. It allowed him to use Zero's techniques from Mega Man X5 which are:
- Crescent Sword (a double jump and a "forward flip slash" type of maneuver.)
- Frost Splasher (instead of a double jump, Rado can also do an "air-dash", MMX style move
and surround the area in front of him with ice-like energy which dissipates
quickly but still does damage.)
- Electric Blade (an upwards slash with lightning-esque affects)
- C-Flasher (Rado "pounds the ground" to let out little energy blasts in front, behind and
above him. This has very limited use so it is only used in dire situations.)
- Dark Hold (allows him to freeze movement of others for a short time.)
- Wing Shredder (a quick, split-second running slash.)
- Quake Blazer (a downward thrust with fire-esque qualities.)
- Twin Dream (Rado makes a holographic clone of himself which can fight with him for a limited
time, powered by AI but has a mind of its own.)
These moves could only be executed while Rado held the saber as that is what generates the energy to execute the techniques. When they got to Rasheman, Rado researched his new weapon, the Flail of Ages (fire head). His Abdel transformation occurred when the Z-Saber and Minsc's Two Handed Sword +3 were combined into Carsomyr +6. When separated, he became RadoGoji again. Rado can go into the world of his subconsciousness (an unknown corner of Faerun when in Roostville or Roostville if he is in Faerun) to contact Gorion.
Additional Background - Also known as Rado or Abdel, Rado is a cousin of the late Roostville District Attorney,
Freek Wallace who was brought back to life to fight Dracula in
AFTERMATH. Rado had nightmares about Hedorah as a child and is his main fear, despite Minsc's suggestions to "Get over your fear and fight it, like the evil it is!" He had previously been in Roostville for
THE ROOSTVILLE DANCE on October 13, 2007 and was working on the Garuda .5 at the time.
Rado basically is looking for ways to make himself known and gets into most escapades via a golf cart with Minsc and his "miniature giant space hamster", Boo. During
THE RESURRECTION OF DESUTOROIA: HELLSPAWN'S LEGACY, he learned of his former self's origins in Faerun. Since then, he has been trying to cope with being a paladin and the history of his former life is slowly playing out before
him. Rado ended up in
Gigan Village where he met Kivan who took him to
Monsterzeroville and exchanged new information. When Rado left his subconscious, he and the Abdel persona separated.

Additional Background - The optimistic Abdel of Candlekeep was one of the many
children of Bhaal, Lord of Murder. He was forced into adventuring after his foster father, Gorion, was killed by Sarevok, his half brother. He himself killed Sarevok but was later captured by Jon Irenicus (a psycho
mage) and imprisoned. After escaping, Imoen, his best friend and Irenicus were arrested by the Cowled Wizards and he (along with Minsc, Jahiera and three others) were able to rescue Imoen from the wizards. After a long life of adventuring, Abdel died and was reborn in another world as RadoGoji.
In
REBUILDING ROOSTVILLE AGAIN: 48 HOURS 'TIL APOCALYPSE, Abdel was separated from Rado's body and the two fought side by side, at least until the Berserker's Two Handed Sword +5 was recovered and Abdel returned to Rado's body.

Appearance - Black hair, blood red eyes and wears black armor.
Powers - He carries a large jade green sword that resembles a talon and has the strength of 20 men. As well, he can change into a dragon, open inter-dimensional portals by slashing them with his sword (but he must know that the portal is there to open it); can use the three elements (fire, ice and lightning) in mid- to long-ranged slash attacks with his sword.
As a dragon, he can breathe fire, ice and lightning. He has other powers but has lost them, along with his memory. A stranger shows up at key times to give advice or to warn Ryuujin when he is alone and in deep thought, mostly when he is in the woods where he prefers to do his thinking. The visitor looks different each time he appears.
Additional Background - His father was a Dragon demon who went around disguised as a man to study humans. Ryuujin has lost his memory and only knows his name because of the necklace he was wearing when he came to. He searches for answers to who he is but has only found out that he is part dragon because of his incredible strength and ability to change into one if the threat is dire enough. He is kind of a loner but has a strong sense of honor and loyalty. Wandering the many worlds looking for his home, he will not stop until he finds it.
In Faerun, he was addressed as 'Lord Ryuujin' by the Queen of Windia who had been told he died 293 years ago protecting the kingdom but his body was never found.
ROOSTVILLE RIFLE & MASER SOCIETY
This local "sport club" pretty much convinced the PC types that gun control was a lost cause when they used their detractors' houses and vehicles for target practice.
